工艺原理:
       1、AO工艺
       AO是Anoxic Oxic的缩写,它的优越性是除了使有机污染物得到降解之外,还具有一定的脱氮除磷功能,是将厌氧水解技术用为活性污泥的前处理,所以AO法是改进的活性污泥法。
       AO工艺将前段缺氧段和后段好氧段串联在一起,A段DO不大于0.2mg/L,O段DO=2~4mg/L。在缺氧段异养菌将污水中的淀粉、纤维、碳水化合物等悬浮污染物和可溶性有机物水解为有机酸,使大分子有机物分解为小分子有机物,不溶性的有机物转化成可溶性有机物,当这些经缺氧水解的产物进入好氧池进行好氧处理时,提高污水的可生化性,提高氧的效率;在缺氧段异养菌将蛋白质、脂肪等污染物进行氨化(有机链上的N或氨基酸中的氨基)游离出氨(NH3、NH4+),在充足供氧条件下,自养菌的硝化作用将NH3-N(NH4+)氧化为HO3-,通过回流控制返回至A池,在缺氧条件下,异氧菌的反硝化作用将NO3-还原为分子态氮(N2)完成C、N、O在生态中的循环,实现污水无害化处理。
       2、MBR工艺
       在污水处理,水资源再利用领域,MBR又称膜生物反应器(Membrane Bio-Reactor),是一种由活性污泥法与膜分离技术相结合的新型水处理技术。
       MBR 工艺通过将分离工程中的膜分离技术与传统废水生物处理技术有机结合,不仅省去了二沉池的建设,而且大大提高了固液分离效率,并且由于曝气池中活性污泥浓度的增大和污泥中特效菌( 特别是优势菌群 ) 的出现,提高了生化反应速率。同时,通过降低 F/M 比减少剩余污泥产生量(甚至为零),从而基本解决了传统活性污泥法存在的许多突出问题。

Project overview:
  This project is a sewage treatment equipment project for hotels exported to the Philippines, with a treatment capacity of 30 tons. According to the investigation, the process designed by Zhongqiao Qidi is the combination process of AO+MBR, which can reach the first-class A standard of sewage treatment standard.
 
Process principle:
  1. AO process
  AO is the abbreviation of Anoxic Oxic. Its advantage is that it not only degrades organic pollutants, but also has a certain function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. It uses anaerobic hydrolysis technology as the pretreatment of activated sludge, so AO method is an improved activated sludge method.
  In the AO process, the front anoxic section and the back aerobic section are connected in series, and the DO in the A section is not more than 0.2mg/L, and the DO in the O section is 2 ~ 4 mg/L. In the anoxic stage, heterotrophic bacteria hydrolyze suspended pollutants such as starch, fiber, carbohydrate and soluble organic matters in sewage into organic acids, so that macromolecular organic matters can be decomposed into micromolecule organic matters, and insoluble organic matters can be converted into soluble organic matters. When these products after anoxic hydrolysis enter an aerobic tank for aerobic treatment, the biodegradability of sewage and oxygen efficiency can be improved. In the anoxic stage, heterotrophic bacteria ammoniate pollutants such as protein and fat (N in organic chain or amino in amino acid) to release ammonia (NH3 and NH4+). Under the condition of sufficient oxygen supply, the nitrification of autotrophic bacteria oxidizes NH3-N(NH4+) into HO3-, and returns to pool A through reflux control. Under the anoxic condition, denitrification of heterotrophic bacteria reduces NO3- to molecular nitrogen (N2) for completing the circulation of C, N and O in the ecology, and realizing the harmless treatment of sewage.
  2. MBR process
  In the field of sewage treatment and water resources reuse, MBR, also known as Membrane Bio-Reactor, is a new water treatment technology which combines activated sludge process with membrane separation technology.
  By organically combining membrane separation technology in separation engineering with traditional wastewater biological treatment technology, MBR process not only saves the construction of secondary sedimentation tank, but also greatly improves the solid-liquid separation efficiency. Moreover, due to the increase of activated sludge concentration in aeration tank and the appearance of special bacteria (especially dominant bacteria) in sludge, the biochemical reaction rate is increased. At the same time, by reducing the F/M ratio, the excess sludge production can be reduced (even zero), thus basically solving many outstanding problems existing in the traditional activated sludge process.
