       一、酒店污水来源及特征
       酒店主要是为旅客提供住宿服务、生活服务及设施、餐饮、游戏、娱乐、宴会等设施的场所。酒店污水来源主要有以下几方面:
       1、厨房污水:含有机物、固体杂质、油脂含量高。
       2、客房卫生间污水:冲洗便器污水和浴洗废水,主要含油有机物、固体杂质、细菌、洗涤剂和皂液等。
       3、冲洗汽车废水:主要是固体杂质、石油类油垢。
       4、锅炉房排放的废水:锅炉排出污水及软化再生废液,水中主要含盐类。
       5、空调冷却废水:主要为热污染。
       6、室内游泳馆循环水的滤池冲洗废水及泳池排污废水。
       根据中侨启迪的污水检测数据分析,酒店污水中含有蛋白质、NH3-N、动植物油脂及有害细菌,属于低浓度的有机废水,生活污水中有机物的可生化BOD5/COD的比值大于0.45,可生化性较好,有利于生化处理。
 

       二、工艺介绍
       基于以上数据分析,中侨启迪出口苏丹的一体化污水处理设备采用的是AO+MBR组合工艺。
       其中,AO生物处理工艺能够有效地去除酒店中的有机污染物和氨氮。其处理原理是A型池,由于污水中有机物浓度高,微生物处于缺氧状态,此时微生物为碱性微生物,因此A型池不仅具有一定的有机物去除作用,减轻了后续好氧池的有机负荷,降低了有机物浓度。
       而主要的污水处理工艺是MBR膜生物反应器工艺,它是膜分离技术与生物技术有机结合的新型废水处理技术。污水进入MBR系统,A区为兼氧区,放置填料,并与污水进行充分接触,O区为好氧区,放置填料,安装曝气头,膜池放置膜组件,使用PVDF膜将活性污泥和大分子有机物质截留柱,省掉了二沉池。活性污泥浓度因此大大提高,水力停留时间(HRT)和污泥停留时间(SRT)可以分别控制,而难降解的物质在反应器中不断反应、降解,进一步处理之后,被处理水可以达标排放或回用。此外,输送到MBR系统的空气也是处理过程中非常重要的一部分,它可以促进反应器中流体的循环流动,提高活性污泥的降解效率,还可以使中空纤维膜丝之间发生相互摩擦,清洁膜组件。

  1. Kitchen sewage: containing organic matter, solid impurities and high content of grease.
  2. Sewage in guest room and bathroom: toilet flushing sewage and bath washing wastewater, mainly containing oily organic matter, solid impurities, bacteria, detergent and soap solution, etc.
  3. Automobile washing wastewater: mainly solid impurities and petroleum grease.

After further treatment, the treated water can be discharged or reused up to the standard. In addition, the air delivered to the MBR system is also a very important part of the treatment process. It can promote the circulation of fluid in the reactor, improve the degradation efficiency of activated sludge, and make the hollow fiber membrane filaments rub against each other to clean the membrane module.
