       中侨启迪PP污水处理设备的生产与制作
       中侨启迪研制生产的PP一体化污水处理设备外观主打色为米灰色,也可根据用户需求定制图案和颜色,其内部有实壁结构和中空结构。
       PP一体化污水处理设备采用一次成型多次缠绕的生产工艺,壁厚可以做到10-80mm,多次缠绕是指罐体底层缠绕后,经充分的风冷过程,底层材料结晶完成,内部材料得到充分的应力释放,在加热底层表面进行下一层的缠绕,根据罐体的接头不同、厚度不同,缠绕的次数也不同。
       PP一体化污水处理设备生产焊接工艺如下:
       外部焊接是使用进口自动挤出焊接机组,使罐体应力最大部位实现大焊缝一次焊接成型的工艺,将与罐体性质相同的全新PPH颗粒料热熔在大焊缝处,与罐底、罐体成一体。
       底部、内部焊接工艺特点有:
       1、机械化、自动化程度高,产品质量稳定。
       2、可按制品承受应力特点来设计焊缝规格,使之充分发挥焊缝的整体性。
       3、产品整体性好,焊缝与母体一体,抗腐蚀、耐渗漏性好。
       4、可减少飞边,接缝平整美观。
       5、在PPH颗粒料中添加紫外线吸收剂,防止老化,延长了使用寿命。
       内部焊接使采用自动长臂挤出焊接工艺,使所有工艺中最重要的一步,将与罐体性质相同的全新PPH颗粒料热熔在内部焊缝处,与罐底、罐体成一体,原理与外部焊接相同,只是其设备不同。
       内部安装使最后一道工序,等同于底部焊接的缩小版本,就是用进口小型自动化挤出焊接机组,将接管与法兰焊接成型,在采用开孔器在罐体上开相应尺寸的口径,后采用德国MUNSCH手提式挤出焊机焊接。
 
 
       中侨启迪PP一体化污水处理设备的特点:
       (1)原材料采用高模量聚丙烯做缠绕材料,该材料是当前塑料性材料用于地埋排水排污、废水处理中理想的选择材料,该材料弹性模量≥1500MPA,HDPE弹性模量仅为800MPA,材料的弹性模量对所生产的产品的环刚度起到决定性作用,弹性模量越高,产品环刚度越高。
       (2)聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,密度只有(0.90--0.91g/cm³),是目前所有塑料中比较轻的品种之一,它对水特别稳定,在水中的吸水率仅为0.01%,分子量约8万一15万,成型性好,制品表面光泽好。
       (3)安全性高。罐体采用螺旋挤出缠绕一次成型技术制作,由颗粒母料经过模具直接成型,以达到罐体整体成型无焊缝的目的。
       (4)耐用性强。原料中增加了抗UV、抗老化助剂,改善了塑料设备室外使用寿命短的弊端,大幅度提升了使用年限。
       (5)耐腐蚀性强。对各类酸、碱具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,能储存绝大多数的有机、无机酸、碱、盐类溶剂和部分有机溶剂。
       (6)低密度-重量轻,安装方便。PP材质污水处理设备重量轻、安装维修方便、无毒性、不结垢、不污染介质,操作方便,可按照客户需求定制,整体安装灵活。

       External welding is the process of using the imported automatic extrusion welding unit to realize the large welding joint in the maximum stress part of the tank. The new PPH particle material with the same properties as the tank is hot melt in the large weld, which is integrated with the bottom of the tank and the tank.
       Bottom and internal welding process characteristics are:
       1, high degree of mechanization, automation, stable product quality.
       2, the weld specifications can be designed according to the stress characteristics of the product, so that they give full play to the integrity of the weld.
       3, good product integrity, weld and parent integration, corrosion resistance, leakage resistance.
       4, can reduce the flying edge, the seam is smooth and beautiful.
       5, Add ultraviolet absorber to PPH particles to prevent aging and prolong the service life.
       Internal welding enables the use of automatic long arm extrusion welding process, so that the most important step in all processes hot melts the new PPH particles with the same properties as the tank at the internal weld, integrated with the bottom of the tank and the tank. The principle is the same as the external welding, but the equipment is different.
       The internal installation makes the last process, equivalent to the reduced version of the bottom welding, is to use the imported small automatic extrusion welding unit, the takeover and the flange welding molding, in the aperture of the corresponding size of the diameter on the tank, after the German MUNSCH portable extrusion welding machine welding.

       (4) Strong durability. Anti-UV and anti-aging additives are added to the raw materials, which improves the disadvantages of short outdoor service life of plastic equipment, and greatly improves the service life.
       (5) Strong corrosion resistance. It has good corrosion resistance to all kinds of acids and bases, and can store the vast majority of organic and inorganic acids, alkali, salt solvents and some organic solvents.
       (6) Low density-light weight, easy installation. PP material sewage treatment equipment is light in weight, convenient in installation and maintenance, non-toxic, no scaling, no pollution medium, easy to operate, can be customized according to customer needs, the overall installation is flexible.
