       (1)将污水排入粗格栅池(设置 2 个阀门、2 台水泵),去除大块悬浮物。
       (2)将污水排入调节池(设置 2 个阀门、2 台水泵),实现均值均量调节。
       (3)将污水排入一体化厌氧设备(厌氧区),此时污水与回流污泥实现了充分混合,在厌氧分解作用下去除了部分生化需氧量,释放了回流污泥中的聚磷微生物,满足了细菌对于磷的需求量。
       (4)将污水排放到缺氧区,以污水中的含碳有机物和反硝化细菌为碳源,以氨氮、亚硝酸盐为氮源,通过内循环回流将硝酸根还原为氮气,并且释放。经过厌氧处理和缺氧处理,充分去除污水与回流污泥中的氧气和硝酸盐,不但可以提高厌氧区和缺氧区的除磷效率,还能够为好氧区除磷效率提供保障。将硝化液回流至缺氧区,能够提高缺氧区的脱氮效率。
       (5)将污水排入好氧区,污水与回流污泥中的氨氮通过硝化反应生成硝酸根,有机物在厌氧分解作用下能够生成吸磷微生物,吸磷微生物能够吸收污水与回流污泥中的磷元素,并且将磷元素聚集在细胞组织中,形成富磷污泥,通过 MC 分离池将富磷污泥排出 MBBR 工艺系统。处理后的清水经过砂滤紫外线消毒,就近排放到河流或中水系统中。
       (6)将剩余污泥排入污泥池,转入其他站点进行统一处理。
       (7)MBBR 工艺系统设置了化学加药除磷设备,如果经过上述处理的污水未能达到排放标准,可以通过化学加药除磷设备、PAC 化学除磷药剂进行再次处理,直到达到污水排放标准。
