1、外贸企业污水情况
对于大型企业来说,污水量大,污水处理资金较为充裕,污水处理制度较为健全。而中小型企业受限于企业员工人数少,生活污水排放较少,现有污水处理设备较大,导致处理成本高的制约,投资大,维修成本高,使用率低的现状。所以,高效、低成本的污水处理设备和处理工艺是中小企业有意愿、有能力持续开展污水处理的基本要求。外贸企业废水为生活污水,其特点主要有包括瞬时水量大、有机污染物含量高、氨氮高;水质、水量变化剧烈;废水水质复杂;BOD/COD 值大于 0.3,有利于生化处理;水量波动大等特点。公司现有处理设施缺少缺氧环节和混合液回流设施,在保持除磷率的同时,无法进行有效脱氮处理,原设计调节池不具备预沉功能,导致滤池频繁反洗,降低了滤池的处理效率,直至处理站几乎瘫痪。
2、一体化污水处理设备流程
卫生间废水先经过化粪池预处理,分解沉淀其中的固形物后,进入污水处理系统(本方案不包含化粪池);其他综合废水(包括宿舍楼清洗废水)通过管网汇集进入污水处理系统。
污水处理系统前端设置格栅池,格栅池中设置格栅机,拦截、分离污水中的固体悬浮物,由人工定期清理;格栅池预处理出水自流进入调节池,由于废水水质波动大,因此需要设计较大的调节池对污水进行均质均量;调节池污水通过水泵提升进入一体化污水处理设备。
A2O 工艺(AAO 工艺、AAO 法),是一种二级污水处理工艺,具有同步脱氮除磷的作用,可用于二级污水处理或三级污水处理;后续增加深度处理后,可作为中水回用,具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。污水与回流污泥先进入厌氧池完全混合,经一定时间(1~2h)的厌氧分解,去除部分 BOD,使部分含氮化合物转化成 N2(反硝化作用)而释放,回流污泥中的聚磷微生物(聚磷菌等)释放出磷,满足细菌对磷的需求。然后污水流入缺氧池,池中的反硝化细菌以污水中未分解的含碳有机物为碳源,将好氧池内通过内循环回流进来的硝酸根还原为 N2 而释放。接下来污水流入好氧池,水中的 NH3-N(氨氮)进行硝化反应生成硝酸根,同时水中的有机物氧化分解供给吸磷微生物以能量,微生物从水中吸收磷,磷进入细胞组织,富集在微生物内,经沉淀分离后以富磷污泥的形式从系统中排出。
本工艺抗冲击负荷能力强,接触氧化法的平均停留时间在 6 小时以上。具有脱氮除磷能力强,并可以调节设备构造,达到处理不同环境的宿舍生活污水、城市污水的能力。接触氧化池内的填料多为组合软填料,质轻、高强、物理、化学性质稳定,表面积大,生物膜附着能力强,污水与生物膜的接触效率高。接触氧化池内采用曝气器进行鼓风曝气,使纤维束不断漂动,曝气均匀,微生物生长成熟,具有活性污泥法的特征。出水水质稳定,污泥产量少并易于处理。设备可设于地面上,也可埋于地下。埋于地下时,上部覆上可用于绿化。设备占地面积大,一次性投资较大,后期运维简便,基本实现自动。污泥压滤系统采用板框压滤机,板框压滤的压滤效率高,脱水率较叠螺机更高,一次性投资较小,后期出现问题的概率小,运行维护成本低。

1. Sewage situation of foreign trade enterprises
For large enterprises, the amount of sewage is large, the sewage treatment funds are relatively abundant, and the sewage treatment system is relatively sound. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are limited by the small number of employees, less domestic sewage discharge, and the existing sewage treatment equipment is large, resulting in the restriction of high treatment cost, large investment, high maintenance cost and low utilization rate. Therefore, efficient and low-cost sewage treatment equipment and treatment process are the basic requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises to have the willingness and ability to continue to carry out sewage treatment. The wastewater of foreign trade enterprises is domestic sewage, which includes large instantaneous water quantity, high organic pollutant content, high ammonia nitrogen, water quality and water quantity; waste water quality is complex; BOD / COD value is greater than 0.3, which is conducive to biochemical treatment and large water fluctuation. The existing treatment facilities of the company lack hypoxia link and mixture reflux facilities, while maintaining the phosphorus removal rate, it is impossible to carry out effective nitrogen removal treatment. The original design regulating pool does not have the pre-sedimentation function, which leads to frequent backwashing of the filter, and reduces the processing efficiency of the filter until the treatment station is almost paralyzed.
2. Integrated sewage treatment equipment process
Toilet wastewater first pretreatment through septic tank, decompose and precipitate the solid material, and enters the sewage treatment system (this scheme does not include septic tank); other comprehensive wastewater (including dormitory building cleaning wastewater) is collected into the sewage treatment system through the pipe network.
The grid tank is set at the front end of the sewage treatment system, with the grid machine to intercept and separate the solid suspended in the sewage and regularly clean the pretreatment effluent. In the regulating tank, it is necessary to design a large regulating tank to balance the sewage. The regulating tank is upgraded into the integrated sewage treatment equipment by water pump.
A2O process (AAO process, AAO process) is a secondary sewage treatment process, with the effect of synchronous nitrogen and phosphorus removal, can be used for secondary sewage treatment or tertiary sewage treatment; after increasing depth treatment, can be reused as reclaimed water, with good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Sewage and reflux sludge first into the anaerobic tank completely mixed, after a certain time (1~2h) anaerobic decomposition, remove part of the BOD, so that some nitrogen compounds into N2 (denitrification) and release, the polyphosphorus microorganisms (polyphosphorus bacteria, etc.) in the reflux sludge release phosphorus, to meet the demand of bacteria for phosphorus. Then the sewage flows into the anoxic pool, and the denitrifying bacteria in the pool take the undecomposed carbon-containing organic matter in the sewage as the carbon source, and reduce the nitrate flowing back from the aerobic pool through the internal circulation to N2 and release it. Next, the sewage flows into the aerobic tank, the NH3-N (ammonia nitrogen) in the water is nitrated to generate nitrate, and the oxidation decomposition of the organic matter in the water supplies phosphorus absorbing microorganisms with energy, microorganisms absorb phosphorus from the water, phosphorus into the cell tissue, enriched in the microorganisms, and discharged from the system in the form of phosphorus-rich sludge after precipitation separation.
The process has strong impact load resistance, and the average residence time of the contact oxidation method is more than 6 hours. It has strong nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity, and can adjust the equipment structure to achieve the ability of treating dormitory domestic sewage and urban sewage in different environments. The fillers in the contact oxidation tank are mostly combined soft fillers, light, high strength, stable physical and chemical properties, large surface area, strong biofilm attachment capacity, and high contact efficiency between sewage and biofilm. Contact oxidation tank is used for blast aeration, so that the fiber bundle constantly drift, uniform aeration, microbial growth and mature, with the characteristics of activated sludge method. The effluent quality is stable, and the sludge production is small and easy to treat. The equipment may be located on the ground or buried underground. When buried in the ground, the upper cover can be used for greening. The equipment covers a large area, has a large one-time investment, the later operation and maintenance is simple, and basically automatic. The sludge filter system adopts plate and frame filter press, the filter efficiency of plate and frame filter is high, the dehydration rate is higher than that of the folding machine, the one-time investment is small, the probability of problems in the later stage is small, and the operation and maintenance cost is low.
