1、酒店污水特点

（1）国内酒店污水处理技术路线
酒店污水有机成分较多，各成分间的综合作用强、稳定性差，但毒性不大，预处理相对比较困难，其排放时间有一定的规律性，排放瞬间流量大，中午和晚上一般是厨房污水排放的高峰。酒店废水的特性使得处理它的方法较生活污水复杂，普遍的处理方法是将其初步处理达到三级标准后，纳入城市市政污水管网。因此，酒店污水的治理任务主要是去除油脂、有机物和悬浮物。
