        膜生物反应器(membrane bioreactor,简称MBR)水处理技术是一种生物技术与膜技术相结合的高效生化水处理技术,膜生物反应器是结合了膜分离技术和传统的污泥法的一种高效污水处理技术,由于膜的过滤作用,生物完全被截留在生物反应器中,实现了水力停留时间和污泥龄的彻底分离,使生物反应器内保持较高的MLSS。硝化能力强,污染物去除率高。

        三、MBR(膜生物反应器)工艺特征
        1、对污水中的有机物进行降解、硝化菌将Nspan-N硝化为NO3-,对有机物去除率在95%以上;对氨氮去除率在97%以上。
        2、预处理过程简单,不需要大量投加化学药剂,操作过程简单;
        3、回收率高,水的回收率可达到99%以上,这种灵活性容许操作员在流入的未净化水品质恶化时通过降低回收率减少对隔膜的“压力”,但同时产生相同总量和品质的净化水;
        4、系统使用逻辑进程监控系统,包括流量传送器和压力传送器等等。这种高度受控的系统方法可用于设计灵活的系统并提高操作员接口的低要求;
        5、空气冲洗保证在各种流入条件下都能可靠运行;
        6、自动反冲保证在较低的过膜压力下提高整体膜通量;
        7、占地面积小,仅有传统工艺的10~20%;
        8、使用周期长,连续运行时间可达7万小时,断丝率低于1%。
 

        四、外贸出口MBR一体化污水处理设备的运行注意事项
        1、MBR系统是技术先进的污水处理设备,但对进水水质也有较为严格的要求。对于废水含有大量重金属、难生物降解的有机物、农药、油类、酸碱等污染物时,必须进行前处理,才能进入MBR系统进行处理。
        2、对于排水量间断、集中和水质变化较大的排污点,必须建调节池进行水量和水质调节,才能进入MBR系统进行处理。
        3、MBR系统要求连续运行,一旦停止曝气超过12小时,将导致维生物大量死亡,从而影响出水水质。
        4、膜组件需要进行周期清洗,才能维持MBR系统长期稳定运行,如果超过3-6个月不进行清洗,可能导致膜组件的永久性堵塞,无法恢复其功能。
        5、如果用户准备停止运行超过1周,应放空设备内污水,并注入清水浸没膜组件,膜组件必须完全浸没在清水中且在冰点上环境中存放,冬季时应考虑防冻,否则易造成设备和膜组件损坏。
        6、用户应建立定期检查和维护设备的制度,定期检查的内容包括:
        (1)格栅:定期清理栅渣,以免格栅堵塞影响进水;
        (2)出水真空压力表:定期检查并记录真空压力表情况,正常稳定运行的真空压力范围为0.01-0.04MPa;
        (3)出水水质和水量:定期测定进出水水质和水量并做好记录;
        (4)活性污泥状况:定期检查活性污泥的颜色,有条件的测定活性污泥的浓度;
        (5)设备其他部件的运行情况。

        4. Operation precautions of MBR integrated sewage treatment equipment
        1. MBR system is an advanced sewage treatment equipment, but it also has strict requirements on incoming water quality. When the wastewater contains a large amount of heavy metals, difficult to biodegradable organic matter, pesticides, oils, acids and alkali pollutants, it must be pretreatment before entering the MBR system for treatment.
        2. For the sewage discharge points with intermittent displacement, concentration and large water quality change, a regulating pool must be built for water quantity and water quality adjustment before entering the MBR system for treatment.

        5. If the user is ready to stop operation for more than 1 week, the sewage in the equipment should be emptied and injected into the submerged membrane components. The membrane components must be completely immersed in clean water and stored in the freezing point environment. In winter, antifreeze should be considered, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the equipment and membrane components.
        6. Users shall establish a system for regular inspection and maintenance of equipment. The contents of regular inspection include:
        (1) Grating: clean the grille slag regularly to avoid the grille blockage and affect the water;
        (2) Vacuum pressure of the outlet water pressure gauge: check and record the vacuum pressure gauge regularly, and the vacuum pressure range for normal and stable operation is 0.01-0.04MPa;

        (4) Activated sludge condition: regularly check the color of activated sludge, conditionally determine the concentration of activated sludge;
