二、出口韩国污水处理设备工艺介绍如下:
1、隔油工艺:
隔油沉淀池是在普通隔油池中设倾角为45o的斜板进行油分上浮分离及与重油、杂质下沉分离的含油废水处理构筑物。斜板间距为30-40mm,油粒截留速度为0.2mm/s,可除去油粒粒径为60μm,池的体积相应仅为普通隔油池的1/4-1/2。
2、 高效气浮工艺:
高效气浮采用高效溶气式气浮机,将空气打入废水中,使食品废水中悬浮物粘附到空气泡上。悬浮物随气泡上升至水面,形成浮渣而去除。废水在浮选池大约停留0.5~1h。为了提高浮选效果,有时需向废水中投加混凝剂。这种方法的悬浮物去除效率可达90%~95%。
3、A/O生物接触氧化工艺
A/O生物接触采用一体化污水处理设备,也叫地埋式污水处理设备,设备可以埋于地下,也可放于地上。设备将厌氧池、水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、二沉池和清水池集成一体,通过利用微生物生长繁殖的方式对污染物进行降解,从而达到去除污染的目的。
目前,对米粉加工污水处理设备通常采用厌氧法、好氧法、厌氧-好氧法等多种处理方法,这些方法对CODcr、BOD5均有不同程度的削减,但对动植物油的处理效果不好。我司食品厂污水处理设备针对食品生产废水中动植物油含量高的实际情况,通过采用隔油-高效气浮的预处理措施,将废水中大部分动植物油去除后再进行好氧生化处理。通过调试和试运行,废水处理系统运行稳定,废水经处理后达到了排放标准的要求。
三、出口韩国污水处理设备处理方法
好氧处理是指利用好氧微生物处理养殖废水的一种工艺。好氧生物处理法可分为天然好氧处理和人工好氧处理两大类。
天然好氧生物处理法是利用天然的水体和土壤中的微生物来净化废水的,亦称自然生物处理法,主要有水体净化和土壤净化两种。前者主要有氧化塘(好氧塘、兼性塘、厌氧塘)和养殖塘等;后者主要有土地处理(慢速渗滤、快速法滤、地面漫流)和人工湿地等。自然生物处理法不仅基建费用低,动力消耗少,该法对难生化降解的有机物、氮磷等营养物和的去除率也高于常规的二级处理,部分可达到处理的效果。此外,在一定条件下,该法配合污水灌溉可实现污水资源化利用。该法的缺点主要是面积大和处理效果易受季节影响等。但如果养殖场规模小且附近有废弃的沟塘和滩涂可供利用时,应尽量选择该以节约投资和处理费用。

2. The process introduction of the sewage treatment equipment exported to South Korea is described as follows:
(1)Oil separation process:
The oil separator tank is an oil-bearing wastewater treatment structure with a inclined plate of 45o in the ordinary oil separator and separated from heavy oil and impurities. The spacing of the inclined plate is 30-40mm, the oil particle retention speed is 0.2 mm/s, the oil particle size is 60 μ m, and the volume of the tank is only 1 / 4-1 / 2 of the ordinary oil trap.
(2)High-efficiency air flotation process:
High efficiency air flotation uses high efficiency soluble air flotation machine to put the air into the wastewater, so that the suspended matter in the food wastewater adheres to the air bubble. The suspended matter rises with the bubble to the surface and forms scum. The wastewater remained in the flotation pool for about 0.5~1h. In order to improve the flotation effect, a coagulant is sometimes added to the waste water. The suspension removal efficiency of this method can reach 90% to 95%.
(3) A / O biological contact oxidation process
A / O biological contact uses integrated sewage treatment equipment, also known as buried sewage treatment equipment. The equipment can be buried in the ground or placed on the ground. The equipment integrates anaerobic tank, hydrolytic acidification tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and clear water pool, to degrade the pollutants by means of microbial growth and reproduction, so as to achieve the purpose of pollution removal.
At present, the sewage treatment equipment for rice flour processing usually adopts anaerobic, anaerobic, aerobic and other treatment methods. These methods have reduced CODcr and BOD 5 to varying degrees, but the treatment effect of animal and plant oil is not good. In view of the actual situation of high content of animal and plant oil in food production wastewater, the sewage treatment equipment of our company removes the majority of the animal and plant oil in the wastewater. Through commissioning and trial operation, the wastewater treatment system runs stably, and the wastewater meets the requirements of the discharge standard after treatment.
(3) Sewage treatment equipment exported to Korea
Aerobic treatment refers to the use of aerobic microorganisms to treat aquaculture wastewater technology. Aerobic biological treatment method can be divided into natural aerobic treatment and artificial aerobic treatment.
Natural aerobic biological treatment method is the use of natural water and soil microorganisms to purify wastewater, also known as natural biological treatment method, mainly water purification and soil purification two kinds. The former mainly has oxidation pond (aerobic pond, facultative pond, anaerobic pond) and aquaculture pond; the latter mainly includes land treatment (slow filtration, rapid filtration, ground overflow) and constructed wetland. Natural biological treatment method not only has low construction cost and less power consumption, but also the removal rate of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus and other nutrients that are difficult to biodegradation is higher than that of conventional secondary treatment, which can achieve the effect of treatment partially. In addition, under certain conditions, this method combined with sewage irrigation can realize sewage resource utilization. The disadvantages of this method are the large area and the treatment effect is easily affected by the season. However, if the farm is small and there are abandoned ditches and tidal flats available nearby, it should choose as far as possible to save investment and treatment costs.
