一、食品加工污水的特点
食品工业的内容极其复杂,包括制糖、酿造、肉类、乳品加工等生产过程,所排出的废水都含有机物,具有强的耗氧性,且有大量悬浮物随废水排出。动物性食品加工排出的废水中还含有动物排泄物、血液、皮毛、油脂等,并可能含有病菌,因此耗氧量很高,比植物性食品加工排放的废水的污染性高得多。
食品工业原料广泛,制品种类繁多,排出废水的水量、水质差异很大。但总体来说食品废水中主要污染物有:
(1)漂浮在废水中固体物质,如菜叶、果皮、碎肉、禽羽等;
(2)悬浮在废水中的物质有油脂、蛋白质、淀粉、胶体物质等;
(3)溶解在废水中的酸、碱、盐、糖类等;
(4)原料夹带的泥砂及其他有机物等;
(5)致命病菌等。
食品工业废水的普遍特点是有机物质和悬浮物含量较高,易腐败,一般无大的毒性。其危害主要是使水体富营养化,以致引起水生动物和鱼类的死亡,促使水底沉积的有机物产生臭味,恶化水质,污染环境。
食品污水处理设备特点食品废水在处理过程中会产生污泥、废油、废酸、废碱、加工过程中产生的动植物废弃物也应该进行无害化处理。食品加工废水主要来自三个生产工段。
(1)原料清洗工段。大量砂土杂物、叶、皮、鳞、肉、羽、毛等进入废水中,使废水中含大量悬浮物。
(2)生产工段。原料中很多成分在加工过程中不能全部利用,未利用部分进入废水,使废水含大量有机物。
(3)成形工段。为增加食品色、香、味,延长保存期,使用了各种食品添加剂,一部分流失进入废水,使废水化学成分复杂。
食品加工废水的水量水质特性主要体现在6个方面:
(1)生产随季节变化,废水水质水量也随季节变化。
(2)废水量大小不一,食品工业从家庭工业的小规模到各种大型工厂,产品品种繁多,其原料、工艺、规模等差别很大,废水量从数m3/d到数千m3/d不等。
(3)食品工业废水中可降解成分多,对于一般食品工业,由于原料来源于自然界有机物质,其废水中的成分也以自然有机物质为主,不含有毒物质,故可生物降解性好,其BOD5/COD高达0.84。
(4)高浓度废水多。
(5)废水中含各种微生物,包含致病微生物,废水易腐败发臭。
(6)废水中氮、磷含量高。
二、中侨启迪地埋式污水处理设备

1、地埋式污水处理设备的工艺流程
生活污水处理设备工艺中采用水解散化 +两级接触氧化的生化处理工艺,在住宅区、宾馆、疗养院、医院等生活有机污水处理有成功经验,是成熟的水处理工艺,主要是去除污水中的有机物和悬浮物。
整个处理装置为成套钢制设备,具有处理效果好,运行成本低,占地面积小的特点,主体设备保用20年以上,根据业主要求可安装于地上或地下:生活污水经化粪池发酵分解后,出水通过各栅去除大粒径层浮物后进入调节池,进行水质水量的调节,然后通过泵提升到水解酸化池,
在水解酸化池内将大分子以及大部分有机物分解,降低部分COD,便于后续好氧生化处理,污水自流进入接触氧化池,进行初步生化处理,出水再进入二级接触氧化池进行深度生化处理,在二级接触氧化池中,设置有生物填料,在生物填料上附着有一层生物胶,生物胶对于水中的有机物进行吸附、吸收、降解,从而使废水中的有机物得以充分净化;接触氧化池出水再进入二沉池,经沉淀处理后,污水中的大部分悬浮物和部分有机物给去除下来,二沉池出水进入消毒池,投加消毒液消毒,达标排放。
二沉池污泥气提回流到水解酸化池,剩余污泥进入污泥浓缩池,污泥浓缩池污泥泵自动控制打入化粪池进行厌氧处理。
2、地埋式污水处理设备的特点
(1)埋设于地表以下,设备上地表可作为绿化或其他用地,不需要建房及采暖、保温。
(2)二级生物接触氧化处理工艺均采用推流式生物接触氧化,其处理效果优于完全混合式或二级串联完全混合式生物接触氧化池。并比活性污泥池体积小,对水质的适应性强,耐冲击负荷性能好,出水水质稳定,不会产生污泥膨胀。池中采用新型弹性立体填料,比表面积大,微生物易挂膜,脱膜,在同样有机物负荷条件下,对有机物去除率高,能提高空气中的氧在水中溶解度。
(3)生化池采用生物接触氧化法,其填料的体积负荷比较低,微生物处于自身氧化阶段,产泥量少,仅需三个月(90天)以上排一次泥(用粪车抽吸或脱水成泥饼外运)。
(4)该地埋式生活污水处理设备的除臭方式除采用常规高空排气,另配有土壤脱臭措施。
(5)整个设备处理系统配有全自动电气控制系统和设备故障报警系统,运行安全可靠,平时一般不需要专人管理,只需适时地对设备进行维护和保养。
3、地埋式污水处理设备的适用范围

(2)住宅小区、村庄、集镇;
(3)车站、飞机场、海港码头、船舶;

The waste water discharged from animal food processing also contains animal excrement, blood, fur, oil, etc., and may contain bacteria, so the oxygen consumption is very high, which is much higher than that of the wastewater discharged from plant food processing.
The food industry has a wide range of raw materials, a wide variety of products, and the water quantity and water quality of the discharged wastewater vary greatly. But in general, the main pollutants in food wastewater are:
(1) Solid substances floating in the waste water, such as vegetable leaves, fruit peel, broken meat, poultry feathers, etc.;
(2) The substances suspended in the wastewater include oil, protein, starch, colloidal substances, etc.;
(3) Acid, alkali, salt, sugar, etc., dissolved in the wastewater;
(4) mud sand and other organic matter ained by raw materials;
(5) deadly bacteria, etc.
The general characteristics of food industry wastewater are the high content of organic substances and suspended matter, easy to corrupt, and generally no great toxicity. Its main harm is to make the water eutrophication, resulting in the death of aquatic animals and fish, promote the organic matter deposited in the bottom to produce odor, deteriorate the water quality, and pollute the environment.

The sludge gas of the second sedimentation tank is returned to the hydrolysis acidification tank, and the remaining sludge enters the sludge concentration tank. The sludge pump of the sludge concentration tank is automatically controlled into the septic tank for anaerobic treatment.
2, the characteristics of the buried sewage treatment equipment
(1) Buried below the surface, the surface on the equipment can be used as greening or other land, no need for building, heating, insulation.
(2) The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts the push flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than the fully mixed or secondary series fully mixed biological contact oxidation pool. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to row mud once (suction by dung truck or dehydrated into mud cakes for transportation).
(4) The deodorization method of buried domestic sewage treatment equipment except adopts conventional high altitude exhaust, and is equipped with soil deodorization measures.
(5) Various industrial organic wastewater similar to domestic sewage.
