1、设备地基基础：本设备若放置在地坪以上，需准备一块与设备外形相同的混凝土地坪作为基础，基础承压必须大于4T/㎡，且水平、平整。本设备若埋于地坪以下，基础标高必须小于或等于设备标高并保证下雨不积水，基础一般是素混凝土(是否配筋，视当地地质情况而定)。
2、设备整体安装：本设备由两组池子组成，一组为钢筋混凝土结构池体，另一组为钢结构池体。钢筋混凝土池体埋入地下，钢结构体可埋入地下，钢结构池体及钢结构池体基础上的土建设计图设备公司提供，要求四周挖掘宽度须比设备平面尺寸大600mm以上。根据安装图，用吊车将钢结构池体吊入，就位安装时须在设备公司技术人员指导下进行，不能将箱体位置、方向放错，然后由设备公司负责池子之间的管道连线。安装完毕后须把设备存储满水，实验各管路接口有无渗漏，方可用土填入设备四周与间隙中，并平整地面，把电控柜控制线与设备接通，电控柜与电源接通，接线时注意风机、水泵的转向。设备安装后须保证下雨地面不积水，钢结构池体的上方不得压有重物，设备一般不抽空内部污水，以防地下水把设备浮起。
3、设备调试：调试工作由设备公司负责，为了加快调试工作，可投入菌种，为了避免菌种流失，可减少进水量并启动风机进行曝气，直至填料上长出一层橙黄色生物膜，即完成填料挂膜，然后将进水量增加至额定流量。完成填料挂膜后，再对A级生物池内微生物进行驯化，即逐渐减少曝气量，使A级生物池处于缺氧状态，使填料上微生物变为兼性微生物，然后对微生物进行适应性运转，直至达到设计要求。
4、设备维护保养：一体化生活污水处理设备应建立一套定期保养制度，主要易损部件是风机与水泵。定期检查风机与水泵各部螺丝松动情况，填料函的松紧情况，轴承的温度和润滑油的油质和油量，保证各部件正常，同时检查消毒剂的投加及剩余量，必要时可调整投加量并补充消毒剂，风机及水泵须每运行5000-8000小时进行一次保养与维修。
5、设备常见故障检查
（1）不正常出水：检查接触氧化池、沉淀池、消毒池、污泥池联通管道是否堵塞(堵塞物一般为脱落的生物膜和损坏的弹性立体填料)。
（2）接触氧化池曝气不均匀：检查曝气风机出口阀门是否在正常位置，曝气头是否损坏。
（3）生物挂膜接触效果不明显A、检查接触氧化池曝气是否均匀，二沉池污泥是否泵提至该池;B、如果以上情况正常，则向该池投加适量的营养(白糖、尿素等)。
（4）出水水质不达标A、进水过大;B、接触氧化池曝气不均匀或长时间停运(此时必须重新培养生物膜);C、沉淀池污泥过多(必须彻底清除污泥);D、消毒装置停运和长期对出水不进行消毒。
（5）自动控制出现故障A、检查自动控制柜电源是否正常；B、检查配套提升泵和曝气风机是否损坏(此时可形成电流过大，短路开关自动断开)。

(5) Automatic control fault A. Check whether the power supply of the automatic control cabinet is normal; B. Check whether the supporting lifting pump and aerated fan are damaged (excessive current can be formed at this time, and the short circuit switch will be automatically disconnected).
