目前高速公路服务区污水处理工艺有生物接触氧化法、MBR 工艺、AO 工艺、SBR 工艺、人工湿地以及土壤渗滤等,在我国高速公路已建成的服务区中普遍应用的工艺主要有生物接触氧化法 + 沉淀工艺、AO+MBR 工艺等工艺。
(1) 生物接触氧化法+沉淀工艺
生物接触氧化法是从生物膜法派生出来的一种废水生物处理法。通过在曝气池中投加填料,以填料为载体,将微生物附着在填料上,通过曝气使污水与微生物充分接触,从而将污水净化,兼有活性污泥法和生物膜法的特点。沉淀的作用主要是去除水中的悬浮物,一般在高速公路服务区污水处理中,作为生化处理后泥水分离的设施,主要以斜管沉淀池为主。相比传统的活性污泥法,生物接触氧化法具有表面积大、污泥浓度高、污泥龄长、氧利用率高、污泥产量少、运行费用低、设备易操作、易维修等特点,使得其在现阶段高速公路服务区污水处理中,成为最广泛的一种处理技术。但在长期运行过程中,也发现了此组合工艺对污水水量的波动适应性差、耐冲击负荷能力不强,从而导致出水水质不稳定 ;填料易堵塞,且需频繁更换 ;沉淀池受影响因素较多,出水悬浮物较高,影响出水效果。在服务区污水处理中,由于水质中氨氮指标较高,因此一般与厌氧反应(多为水解酸化池)结合使用,通过水解酸化池反硝化以达到去除污水中氨氮的目的,此组合工艺出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准以及更高出水标准。
(2)AO+MBR工艺
AO 工艺也叫缺氧好氧工艺,是生物处理污水的基础工艺,依次由缺氧段和好氧段组成,两阶段分别进行缺氧反硝化和好氧硝化的生化反应过程,并在两阶段之间设置硝化液回流系统,即将好氧池末端的混合液回流至缺氧池前端,从而保证缺氧段的正常脱氮反应,在此过程中,可实现对 COD、BOD 等有机物的降解。MBR 工艺即由一种活性污泥法与膜分离技术相结合的新型水处理技术,将膜分离过程取代传统活性污泥法中的二沉池,从而将泥水分离,可分为中空纤维膜和平板膜两类,膜材质主要为 PVDF。此方法具有占地面积小、污泥浓度高、污泥产量低、耐冲击负荷强、出水水质好的优点,但也存在运维成本高、膜清洗频繁的缺点,同时需对餐饮废水做好除油预处理,以防对后续膜有影响,出水可达到《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)标准以及更高出水标准。

(2) AO + MBR process
