国内外多年的实践证明,对于易生物降解的有机废水,生化处理是最为有效和经济的处理技术,包括厌氧、好氧技术和稳定塘等。对于浓度较高的有机废水单独的厌氧处理一般不能够达到处理要求,单独的好氧处理运行费用高,厌氧—好氧串联工艺结合了厌氧处理工艺和好氧处理工艺的优点而避免了各自的缺点,厌氧处理工艺能耗低、污泥产量低,负荷高,但出水不达标;好氧处理工艺出水水质好,运行稳定,但需能耗,污泥产量较高。因此厌氧—好氧串联工艺在能耗、投资、处理成本和治理效果方面都具有较大的优越性。我们根据废水的水质特点及种猪场具体条件,结合多项工程的成功经验,本着投资省、运行费用低、操作管理方便的原则,确定了UASB厌氧—AO工艺—砂滤—消毒处理工艺。
养殖废水由沼气池出来后流经格栅,经格栅除去大部分体积较大的杂物后,自流进入调节池。调节池内设置搅拌系统,以防止调节池内悬浮物沉淀下来及加强混合效果。养殖废水在调节池内进行水质水量均衡后,由提升泵送至气浮机。气浮系统集进水、絮凝、分离、集水、出水于一体,悬浮物去除率可达70%以上,COD的去除率可达到30%,色度的去除率可达到20%,沉淀较大颗粒后,为后续生化处理提供更优质的条件,气浮机出水自流进入中间水池后由提升泵送入厌氧罐,进水由底部进入第一反应区与颗粒污泥混合,大部分有机物在此被降解,产生大量沼气,沼气被下层三相分离器收集,由于产气量大和液相上升流速较快,沼气、废水和污泥不能很好分离,形成了气、固、液混合流体。又由于气液分离器中的压力小于反应区压力,混合液体在沼气的夹带作用下进入气液分离器中,在此大部分沼气脱离混合液外排,混合流体的密度变大,在重力作用下通过回流管回到第一反应区的底部,与第一反应区的废水、颗粒污泥混合,从而实现了流体在反应器内部的循环。内循环使得第一反应区的液相上升流速大大增加,可以达到10~20 m/h。第二反应区的液相上升流速小于第一反应区,一般仅为2~10 m/h,三相分离器。这个区域除了继续进行生物反应之外,由于上升流速的降低,还充当第一反应区和沉淀区之间的缓冲段,对解决跑泥、确保沉淀后出水水质起着重要作用。废水中污染物(有机物)经吸附、消化和分解,将高分子、复杂的有机物分解成低分子、简单的有机物,如有机酸等到。 污水由IC厌氧罐自流进入水解酸化池,进行酸化水解和硝化反硝化,降低有机物浓度,去除部分氨氮,然后入流接触氧化池进行好氧生化反应,在此绝大部分有机污染物通过生物氧化、吸附得以降解,出水自流至二沉池进行固液分离,沉淀池上清液进入深度沉淀池进一步去除悬浮物、COD、氨氮等杂质后,进入中间水池2由泵提入砂滤罐后自流进入消毒池消毒达标排放。

The pollutants in the wastewater mainly exist in the form of carbohydrates existing in solid and dissolved states, which makes the wastewater show high BOD 5, CODcr, SS and color, and the pollutants are well biodegradable. In addition, the wastewater contains a large amount of N, P and other nutrients. The solid residue in the wastewater is mainly organic substances. If the effective solid-liquid separation is not conducted, it will bring difficulties to the subsequent treatment, increase the treatment load, and affect the treatment effect. Therefore, the pretreatment must be strengthened in the process. Using the physical method as the intensive pretreatment process, the solid-liquid separation of wastewater is the most effective method to reduce the load of organic matter. The physical method covers a small area, has high treatment efficiency, is not affected by the load, water quality, temperature and other conditions, and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
Years of practice at home and abroad have proved that biochemical treatment is the most effective and economical treatment technology for easily biodegradable organic wastewater, including anaerobic, aerobic technology and stable pond. For the separate anaerobic treatment of organic wastewater with high concentration, it generally cannot meet the treatment requirements, and the operation cost of separate aerobic treatment is high, the anaerobic-aerobic series process combines the advantages of anaerobic treatment process and aerobic treatment process to avoid its respective disadvantages. The energy consumption is low, the effluent is not up to the standard; the effluent quality is good, stable operation, but the energy consumption and sludge production is high. Therefore, anaerobic-aerobic series process has great advantages in energy consumption, investment, treatment cost and governance effect. According to the water quality characteristics of wastewater and the specific conditions of the breeding farm, combined with the successful experience of many projects, in line with the principle of investment saving, low operation cost, convenient operation and management, we determined the UASB anaerobic-AO process-sand filter-disinfection treatment process.
The aquaculture wastewater flows through the grille after the biogas digester. After most of the large debris are removed by the grille, it flows into the regulating tank. And because the pressure in the air-liquid separator is less than the pressure in the reaction area, the mixed liquid under the influence of biogas into the gas-liquid separator, where the most of the biogas from the mixture, mixed fluid density, under the action of gravity by the return pipe back to the bottom of the first reaction area, mixed with the first reaction area of waste water, granular sludge, so as to realize the fluid circulation in the reactor. The internal circulation greatly increases the liquid phase upward flow velocity of the first reaction area, which can reach 10~20 m / h. The liquid phase upflow rate in the second reaction area is less than the first reaction area, generally only 2~10 m / h, three-phase separator. In addition to the continued biological reaction, this area also acts as a buffer segment between the first reaction area and the precipitation area due to the decrease of the rising flow rate, which plays an important role in solving the running mud and ensuring the quality of the effluent after precipitation.
