        1、MBBR工艺
        MBBR工艺中以填料为载体,可以为细菌提供附着点,从而使菌群更丰富多样,生物量增加。在好氧反应阶段,由于空气的进入使悬浮填料在曝气的过程均匀分布在系统中,整个系统就会产生由空气、填料和水组成的一个三项环境。悬浮填料在曝气过程会受气体推动从而进行不规则运动,整个三项环境固液气相互混合,外界进入的气体可更好地均匀分布于系统中,整个过程都给好氧反应提供了最好的条件。一个MBBR一体化设备由多个系统共同组成如悬浮载体、进出水等。从设计上出发悬浮载体即填料的选择,以及投加量的确定,将影响填料上的生物膜有效面积,另外关于搅拌器选型、曝气量风机选型、滤池方案的设计等都需要酌情考虑。现实相关工程更需要对各项环境要素进行考虑,对生物膜附着生物稳定生长和稳定运行都有相关影响,曝气量的控制、pH的调节,以及溶解氧的浓度都和微生物长成有着极大影响,进而直接影响填料的挂膜和填料是否均匀分布于空间使好氧反应过程得到保证。不断对MBBR系统进行优化以及对MBBR相关组合工艺进行探索创新将是一个极具价值的方向。

        2、MBBR与组合工艺

        (1)A/O+MBBR组合工艺
        A/O+MBBR组合工艺不仅存在抗冲击负荷的能力,也能同时提高污水日处理量。
        组合工艺中MBBR工艺能确保整体生物量的增长,加强整体耐低温性能。和A/O工艺进行对比,相同工况前提下组合工艺可以增加每天的处理量,抗冲击负荷能力强。在节能减排的前提下保证出水水质。相同工况运行下COD、NH3-N和TN的平均除去效果比A/O工艺好。
        (2)A2/O+MBBR组合工艺
        MBBR+A2/O组合工艺,可提高生化单元微生物总量,对COD、氨氮、TN、TP等污染指标的去除效果显著。值得一提的是实际项目表明在整个组合工艺中厌氧区生物量最大,其次是缺氧区,最后是好氧区,实际设计中,相关容积比也应进行考虑。
        3MBR+MBBR组合工艺
        中侨启迪对某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工程进行改造升级通过用“水解-厌氧MBBR-好氧MBBRMBR”为主体的工艺。从新工程正常运行相关数据发现,当垃圾渗滤液中的COD、NH3-N、全盐量处在2000~15000mg/L、50~1000mg/L、2000~20000mg/L阶段时,最后通过设备相关生化处理可以达到渗滤液一级出水标准。

        1, the MBBR process
        In the MBBR process, filler can provide attachment points for bacteria, thus making the bacterial flora more abundant and diverse and increasing the biomass.         2. MBBR and the combined process
        The proposal of combined process has further improved the economic benefit and application value of MBBR process. In recent years, MBBR and combined process are widely used in the treatment of urban domestic sewage, industrial sewage, high-load organic wastewater and landfill leachate. For example, the anaerobic biological filter-aerobic mobile bed process treats landfill leachate and achieve better ammonia nitrogen removal effect, through the optimization analysis of nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of chemical method and mobile bed bioreactor, and the activated sludge combination process has land space, stable operation and high treatment efficiency in wastewater treatment.
        (1) A / O + MBBR combination process
        The A / O + MBBR combination process not only has the ability to resist the impact load, but also improves the daily sewage treatment capacity.
        The MBBR process in the combined process ensures the overall biomass growth and strengthens the overall low temperature resistance. Compared with A / O process, the combined process can increase the daily processing capacity under the same working condition, and has strong resistance to impact load. Under the premise of energy conservation and emission reduction to ensure the effluent water quality. The average removal effect of COD, NH3-N and TN under the same operating condition is better than the A / O process.
        (2) A2 / O + MBBR combination process
        The MB BR + A2 / O combination process can increase the total amount of microorganisms in the biochemical unit, and have a significant removal effect on the pollution indexes such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, TN and TP. It is worth mentioning that the actual project indicates that the anaerobic area has the largest biomass in the whole combined process, followed by the hypoxic area, and finally the aerobic area. In the actual design, the relevant volume ratio should also be considered.
        (3) MBR + MBBR combination process
