1、MBBR工艺的原理
MBBR工艺原理是通过向反应器中投加一定数量的悬浮载体,提高反应器中的生物量及生物种类,从而提高反应器的处理效率。由于填料密度接近于水,所以在曝气的时候,与水呈完全混合状态,微生物生长的环境为气、液、固三相。载体在水中的碰撞和剪切作用,使空气气泡更加细小,增加了氧气的利用率。另外,每个载体内外均具有不同的生物种类,内部生长一些厌氧菌或兼氧菌,外部为好养菌,这样每个载体都为一个微型反应器,使硝化反应和反硝化反应同时存在,从而提高了处理效果。
MBBR工艺兼具传统流化床和生物接触氧化法两者的优点,是一种新型高效的污水处理方法,依靠曝气池内的曝气和水流的提升作用使载体处于流化状态, 进而形成悬浮生长的活性污泥和附着生长的生物膜,这就使得移动床生物膜使用了整个反应器空间,充分发挥附着相和悬浮相生物两者的优越性,使之扬长避短,相互补充。与以往的填料不同的是,悬浮填料能与污水频繁多次接触因而被称为“移动的生物膜”。
2、MBBR一体化污水处理设备的优点
与活性污泥法和固定填料生物膜法相比,中侨启迪MBBR一体化污水处理设备既具有活性污泥法的高效性和运转灵活性,又具有传统生物膜法耐冲击负荷、泥龄长、剩余污泥少的特点。
(1)可强化脱氮除磷。
采用活性污泥-悬浮填料复合工艺,可实现同一反应器内不同功能微生物的污泥龄分离。脱氮菌群(硝化菌群)一般为长泥龄细菌,需较长泥龄(15-25d);除磷菌群(聚磷菌)一般为短泥龄细菌,需较短泥龄(3-7d);泥龄过长,易导致微生物活性较差处理负荷降低、老化难以聚集降低沉降性能等,实际传统脱氮除磷工艺在污泥龄上存在不可调和的矛盾。复合工艺由于生物填料的投加,为硝化细菌的生长提供了载体,延长其污泥龄,提高脱氮效果;同时控制活性污泥体系为短泥龄,可增强除磷效果;泥-膜在曝气及水流带动下充分流化,促进生物膜更新,防止泥龄过长、污泥老化处理性能下降;冬季水温较低、活性污泥系统不利于硝化菌群生长时,脱落生物膜对活性污泥起到持续接种作用,维持系统硝化性能不下降。
(2)抗冲击负荷能力强,处理效果好。
冲击负荷主要表现为常规污染物水质冲击、毒害污染物水质冲击和水量冲击,本质是单位时间内单位表面积微生物所承载的污染物量的变化对处理效果的影响。MBBR工艺填料区污泥龄长,增大微生物种群的丰度,有利于难降解有机物的处理。低温、高盐、低基质等恶劣水质条件下,MBBR长泥龄及局部存在好氧、缺氧微环境,有利于其对于恶劣水质条件下,适应微生物的筛选与富集,利于驯化嗜冷菌、耐高盐菌等的富集。生物膜传质比活性污泥慢,同样生物降解产生的热量与水体交换较慢,提高微生物的局部环境温度,有利于细菌活性的维系,宏观表现出MBBR对于低温、高盐、低基质等恶劣水质条件下,仍有较好的处理效果。
(3)活性污泥不易膨胀。
采用纯MBBR系统,因为为纯膜法,无污泥膨胀问题;采用活性污泥-悬浮填料复合工艺时,由于老化脱落的生物膜无机质比例较高,密度大易于沉降;且生物膜胞外聚合物比活性污泥更多,具有接触絮凝效果,提高污泥聚集性能,提高污泥沉降性能。剩余污泥产量较低,节约污泥处置费用生物膜法的污泥产率仅为活性污泥工艺的一半,采用MBBR工艺可显著降低剩余污泥产量,且污泥沉降性能的提升,易于降低污泥含水率,可节约污泥处置费用。
(4)不易堵塞、无需反冲洗。
固定床工艺经常出现配水不均匀易产生死区、需定期反冲洗额外耗能及需配套设施、受红虫困扰降低硝化性能等问题。由于填料和水流在生物池的整个容积内都能得到混合,从根本上杜绝了生物池的堵塞可能,池容得到完全利用,无需反冲洗。
(5)MBBR悬浮填料系统寿命长。
填料耐磨耐用,搅拌器采用香蕉型的搅拌叶片,外形轮廓线条柔和,不损坏填料;整个搅拌和曝气系统很容易维护管理,由于填料对气泡的切割作用提高氧转移效率,可使用穿孔曝气提高曝气系统安全性,延长检修周期。
(6)适用于污水处理厂升级改造及立体扩容。
MBBR工艺运转灵活性高,可以采用各种池型,而不影响工艺的处理效果;同时可以很灵活的选择不同比表面积填料及不同填料填充率。当实际运行进水水质或水量发生变化时,只通过提高填料填充率,即可保证原设计生物池容不变的情况下,达到体力扩容的目的,达到兼顾高效处理和远期扩大处理规模而无需增大池容的要求。

1, the principle of the MBBR process
The principle of MBBR process is to improve the biomass and species of organisms in the reactor by adding a certain amount of suspension carrier to the reactor, so as to improve the processing efficiency of the reactor. 2. Advantages of MBBR integrated sewage treatment equipment
Compared with activated sludge method and fixed filler biofilm method, MBBR integrated sewage treatment equipment not only has the high efficiency and operation flexibility of activated sludge method, but also has the characteristics of traditional biofilm method of impact load resistance, long mud age and less residual sludge.
(1) Nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal can be strengthened.

Due to the addition of biological filler, the composite process provides the carrier for the growth of nitrifying bacteria, extends the sludge age, improves the activated sludge system is short sludge age; and controls the phosphorus removal effect to enhance the effect; the mud membrane is fully fluidized by aeration and water flow, promotes the biofilm renewal, prevents the sludge age is too long and the decline of sludge aging treatment performance; when the water temperature is low and the activated sludge system is not conducive to the growth of nitrification bacteria, the shedding biofilm inoculation the activated sludge, and the nitrification

(2) Strong impact load resistance ability and good treatment effect.
The impact load is mainly manifested as the water quality impact of conventional pollutants, the water quality impact of toxic pollutants and the impact of water quantity. In essence, it is the influence of the change of the amount of pollutants carried by microorganisms per unit surface area per unit time on the treatment effect. The long age of sludge in the packing area of MBBR process increases the abundance of microbial population, which is conducive to the treatment of refractory organic matter. Under harsh water quality conditions such as low temperature, high salt and low substrate, MBBR has long mud age and local aerobic and hypoxia micro-environment, which is conducive to the screening and enrichment of adaptive microorganisms under harsh water quality conditions, and conducive to the enrichment of psychophilic bacteria and high salt-tolerant bacteria. The mass transfer of biofilm is slower than that of activated sludge, and the heat generated by biodegradation is exchanged slowly with water, which improves the local environmental temperature of microorganisms, which is conducive to the maintenance of bacterial activity. It shows that
MBBR still has a good treatment effect for bad water quality conditions such as low temperature, high salt and low substrate.
(3) Activated sludge is not easy to swell.
Pure MBB R system is adopted, because it is pure membrane method, there is no sludge swelling problem; in the activated sludge-suspension packing composite process, the biofilm has high density and the biofilm extracellular polymer is more than activated sludge, which has the contact flocculation effect, improving the sludge aggregation performance and the sludge settling performance. The sludge yield of biofilm method is only half of the activated sludge process.
The MBBR process can significantly reduce the residual sludge yield, and the improvement of sludge sedimentation performance is easy to reduce the sludge moisture content and save the sludge disposal cost.
(4) Not easy to block, no need for backwashing.
The fixed bed process often appears uneven water distribution easy to produce dead area, need regular backwashing additional energy consumption and supporting facilities, troubled by red insects to reduce nitrification performance and other problems. Because the packing and water flow can be mixed in the entire volume of the biological pool, the blockage of the biological pool is fundamentally eliminated, and the pool capacity is completely utilized without backwashing.
(5) Long life of MBBR suspension packing system.
The filler is durable and durable, and the mixer adopts banana-shaped mixing blades, with the outline is soft, and does not damage the filler. The whole mixing and aeration system is easy to maintain and manage. Because the cutting effect of the filler can improve the oxygen transfer efficiency, the perforated aeration can be used to improve the safety of the aeration system and extend the maintenance period.
(6) It is suitable for the upgrading and three-dimensional capacity expansion of sewage treatment plants.
MBBR process has highly operational flexibility and can adopt various pools without affecting the treatment effect of the process. Meanwhile, it can choose different specific surface area packing and different packing rate flexibly. When the actual running water quality or water quantity changes, only by improving the packing filling rate, we can ensure the same capacity of the original design biological pool, achieve the purpose of physical capacity expansion, and achieve the requirements of both efficient treatment and long-term expansion of the treatment scale without increasing the pool capacity.
