出口的新型一体化污水处理设备采用的是多级AO工艺，并且缺氧池和好氧池填料均为聚氨酯MBBR填料，曝气是管式曝气器，所有回流均为“气提”回流方式。砂滤池反洗工艺为“气、水”反洗，此反洗工艺对砂滤池反洗更彻底。此工艺适用于含氮量比较高、温度低的地区。它能够处理生活污水和普通综合性医院污水，排放标准可以达到一级A标准。
出口新型一体化污水处理设备的工艺流程说明：
污水流经化粪池，经格栅池格栅去除较大的杂质后，自流进入调节池，经过调节池调节水量，均化水质后，通过污水提升泵污水进入释氧池，释氧池可以最大限度的释放污水中溶解氧的含量，释氧池的污水自流进入厌氧池，但是来自沉淀池的污泥回流带来的溶解氧会破坏厌氧池的功能环境，所有由释氧区的污水稀释这部分溶解氧的含量，最大可能的保证厌氧池的功能环境，强化了除磷效果，厌氧池的污水自流进入一级A/O、二级A/O池，利用两级缺氧和好氧环境条件的串联变化强化了生物脱氮效果并去除部分有机物。两级A/O 工艺设回流泵，其目的是将各段好氧池的硝化液部分回流至各自的缺氧池，以保证脱氮工艺稳定运行，好氧池内投加了新型MBBR聚氨酯填料，由于填料密度接近于水，所以在曝气的时候，与水呈完全混合状态，另外，每个填料载体内外均具有不同的生物种类，内部生长一些厌氧菌或兼氧菌，微生物生长的环境为气、液、固三相。载体在水中的碰撞和剪切作用，使空气气泡更加细小，增加了氧气的利用率，外部为好养菌，这样每个载体都为一个微型反应器，使硝化反应和反硝化反应同时存在，从而提高了处理效率，并且对污泥减量的效果同样十分明显，好氧池的污水进入竖流沉淀池，使污泥高效率的沉降，一部分回流到厌氧进行释磷，一部分定期排除，去除总磷，竖流沉淀池的污水自流进入高效沉淀池，进一步去除悬浮物，减小后续单元的负荷，高效沉淀池的上清液流入深度过滤池，进行深度过滤处理，污水最后进入紫外线消毒后，达标发放。
